HOSTELBOOKERS IS A SCAM

Use another hostel booking company.

This company has taken my deposit for 7 nights. I was emailed immediately after that the hostel did not have the rooms available for those dates.

Hostelbookers refused to refund money. Customer service is horrible. Only care about money. Do not use this joke of a company.

This is a common problem, just google it, you will see. They use non-refundable in their booking service.
